BITS GOA
Review - 1

To be honest, BITS Goa has a more entrepreneurial culture than a tech culture in my opinion and many, many startups have taken birth in BITS Goa. If you want to be in a college with an engineering background but the freedom to pursue what you want to - BITS Goa is every bit worth it.
It'll teach you to figure out things for yourself in life. For most part, the rules are meant to treat people as adults (though certain people are bent on the reverse now). And with NIT Nagpur or Patna - it doesn't even compare man.
Your friends are outsiders - they can't comment on something without experiencing it themselves. I have 1.5 months more on this campus, and yet to figure my life out, but I'm sure my experiences here will eventually help me connect the dots.
It is worth it. It is completely up to you to make use of the environment, your colleagues and network, though. It's not just the "brand" but how well you use it to your potential.
As far as you're concerned about MBAs - well a lot of seniors I personally know have made it to IIMs, and one of them to the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Need I say more?

BITS Pilani - Goa Campus is one of the fastest growing colleges in India. And since it comes under the university of BITS-Pilani , the course structure , evaluation system , teaching methodology, etc are almost identical at all the three Indian campuses. And as far as Goa campus not having the same 'weight' whilst applying for an MBA is concerned , it's your own efforts which will get you places , the brand (again , Goa campus is still BITS-Pilani and not BITS-Goa) will probably only help you take your first step. And by the way , Goa campus is comparable to NIT-Trichy ,Surathkal, Warangal and far better in comparison to other NITs considering that you are also getting a branch of your choice and an amazing college environment (no reservation). So yes , BPGC is surely worth it.

Yes. BITS Goa is a good option. There is not much of a difference in terms of faculty and placements.
Faculty:
You will find good faculty in both campuses and bad faculty in both campuses. And both will be more or less of the same number.
Placements:
Where you get placed does not depend on your campus as much as it depends on you. The placements are 'centralized' in the sense that BITS Pilani invites companies as a whole; as a university and not separately as individual campuses. After that, it depends on the company where they want to hire from.
Most of the extraordinarily good packages come from off-campus placements, in which all that matters is how much you know, irrespective of your campus.
People in both campuses have done amazing things. People in both campuses have got extraordinary packages. It all depends on the effort you put in.
Grade:
The grading system in Goa isn't very good. The average grade is C or sometimes B- which means if you perform at around the average level, you'll end up being a 6 pointer, which is a bit harsh.
From what I've heard, grading is not so strict in the other two campuses. I don't know why it is how it is.
EDIT: This is untrue, as pointed out by Ajay in the comments. Seems like everyone at BITS faces shit grading. :/
Cutoffs:
The cutoffs for Pilani campus are always higher than those for Goa campus. This is only due to herd mentality - people go where others are going.
Say the cutoffs were higher in Pilani in year X.
In year X+1, people consider the previous year's cutoffs in making their decision. "Pilani ka cutoff jyada tha, Pilani hi better hoga"
Thus, people put Pilani campus above Goa campus in their preference list in year X+1
This causes the cutoff to be higher in year X+1 as well.
Note that when Goa campus was new, the cutoffs in Pilani would obviously have been higher since people would not prefer to go to a new campus with no history to judge it by.
Then, by the argument above, it'll always be the same, provided that the herd mentality isn't conquered.

Tl; dr: Make your decision based on other factors, such as: Distance from your hometown Weather Food Because in all other aspects, the campuses are equal. All that will matter in the end is if you worked
