LNMIIT Jaipur is a tier 2 college. The highest package offered was 40 LPA given by Adobe. The average package is 7 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The college doesn't have reservation or management quota seats. Faculties who teach here are mostly from IIT’s and BITS Pilani. The placement percentage is about 97%.
Now, we will talk about the hostel life :
An LNMIIT hostel room is fully furnished and the hostels have 24 hrs supply of water. The girls hostel and one of the boys hostels have lifts. All rooms have air ducts(apart from regular fans) which have very effective cooling and are turned on only when required (air ducts function like a centralised AC system).
Coming to sports and other facilities,

Coming to sports and other facilities, LNMIIT has many sports courts/grounds : 2 volleyball, 2 basketball, 1 lawn tennis and 3 badminton courts ; 1 football and 1 cricket ground. The sports complex has 2 T. T tables (and there is also one in each hostel). Here you can also learn Judo, martial art, boxing, kabaddi etc. The sports complex has a common gym, and a separate one in the girls hostel as

There's been a lot of discussion and confusion about the working of the college over the last few days. We're going to try to clear out some of the issues that have been raised through this post.
A lot has been said about teachers deliberately failing students by giving a large number of F grades. There is a rule which does now allow teachers to fail students who have scored more than 30% of the total marks. The rules are further relaxed by some teachers, such that they pass students who get more than 30% of the topper's marks. There is no shortcut to passing, but you can rest assured that if you've studied and genuinely put in the effort and performed well, no one has the power to fail you. We can assure you that the claims that have been made regarding the deliberate failing of students to mint more money by forcing them to take summer courses is false. Students are failed only if the teachers feel like they haven't learnt the course well enough and will need to do the course again. It isn't personal.
Some reasons that lead to students not scoring well are low attendance, missing quizzes and not studying till the last moment for a test. All the students are facing the same paper, so if 20-30 students are able to score above 70%, then it isn't the teacher's fault but the student's. Appealing for lenient checking and accusing the teachers of setting a tough paper will not do much good.
Though there isn't a stringent grading system, the grading is done relatively, keeping in mind the average score of the batch. Being an average student will get you a gpa around 6-7. Being a sincere student will get you a good 8+ gpa. It's your own effort and sincerity that will decide your academic performance. The grading system is not as strict as it has been portrayed in some cases.
Now, another issue that has been brought up is transparency. The Director has made it mandatory for all teachers to show every paper after it has been evaluated, whether it's a small quiz or the end term exams. Since most people go home after the end semester exams, the Director has sent us a mail stating that we will be able to review our papers when the next semester starts and only after our reviewing will the grades be fixed. Active steps are being taken in order to increase transparency in checking and grading.
Next point, fee hike. The college guidelines clearly state that there can be a fee increase of upto 10% every year. The fee hike is always kept under this percent and can't be arbitrarily increased to any sum over a year. However, student's opinions are heard and this year, LNMIIT has revoked the fee hike for students of 2nd year and above because the students protested and informed the Director that it was inconvenient for them to pay high fees as they came from modest backgrounds. The Director understood and sent a mail saying the fee shall remain the same for all.
Not just this, the Director frequently circulates mails asking for advice, opinions and feedback and tries to implement them to further benefit and improve the working of the institute. We do have the right to expression and you can see that it does make an impact.
We'd like to address some points about the extracurricular activities available on campus too. The sports courts and fields are very well maintained and the equipment readily available. Of course, the college has a limited number of sports equipment but is willing to lend it to whoever wants to use them. The coordinators and seniors welcome participation in sports wholeheartedly and there is no bias or politics at play.
The college has strict anti-ragging policies and measures in place. There are a lot of people to reach out to and seek help from if you find yourself in a situation you don't like.
The placement statistics of the college is good. Most of the applicable candidates have been successfully placed. If what's bothering you is the number of students who aren't eligible for placements each year, we have mentioned earlier that it's only you who has to put in the effort to get a decent cgpa. If you study sincerely, then it shouldn't be a problem for you.
Regarding the college's policy for granting NOC for internships, a simple procedure has to be followed and an NOC is granted to the student. A google form has to be filled, followed by a meeting with the Training and Placement Officer and the NOC is signed. The policies of the college are changing every year to introduce new measures and improvements and make it easier for all.
The lab equipment is generally in good condition and except for one or two equipment, all are in good working condition. If you find a problem, you can ask for the equipment to be replaced and if there are extras, they replace it for you and if there aren't any, you can join someone else and do the experiment together.

Issues regarding the Summer term- Students have the option to clear their F grade by staying in the summer and attending the Summer term. The course fee is generally around 10,000. The reason for this is, during the summer term, teachers take full fledged classes of their respective subjects and conduct quizzes, mid-sem and end-sem exams. The hostel and mess charges are not very high for the facilities they offer. The hostel has internet facilities, working duct systems to fight the heat, running water and drinking water systems and all together brings the hostel fee to what it is. The mess tokens have to be purchased 3 days at a time so that the mess workers can predict the amount of food that has to be made so as to avoid spoilage and wastage. P.S. This post has been constructed by taking views of various seniors and refrains the use of any biased opinions.Authenticity is guarant

Great Campus life experience but course curriculum is not relevant as job demands different skills.
Placements: 80-85 percent students got placed from ECE. The highest was around 13.5 Lacs, the lowest was 4 Lacs and average was 6.5-7 Lacs. Adobe and Amazon were among top recruiters. Internship percentage was around 25 percent of the ECE. Software engineers and system analysts are top roles offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are excellent. Labs and libraries are well structured. Hostel facilities are good. Quality of mess food is average. Canteen is good. Medical facilities are very good. They are available all day long. Sports facilities are ample and gym facilities are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and friendly. They are well qualified for the position. Teaching quality is very good. Course curriculum is not that relevant to you as the job demands different skills. It will not make you industry ready. The reason is the curriculum. Other: Events, Fest, Campus Crowd are very good. Connectivity is the best thing here. The course can be improved by reducing down the lab sessi
