Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, formerly Ranchi College, is a state university located in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. It is named after the Indian politician Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. It was established as a college in 1926 and upgraded to a university in 2017.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Candidates With At Least 50% Marks Either In The Bachelor's Degree And/Or In The Master's Degree In Science/Social Sciences/Humanities, Bachelor In Engineering Or Technology With Specialization In Science And Mathematics With 55% Marks Or Any Other Qualification Equivalent Thereby, Too, Are Eligible For Admission To The Programme .
- The Reservation And Relaxation For SC/ST/OBC/PCH And Other Categories Shall Be As Per The Rules Of The State Government. (45% Marks For ST/SC Category).
AGE LIMIT :
Minimum Age - 18 Years On July (Concerned Year).
