Pacific Dental College & Hospital is located at Debari, Udaipur. The campus is spread over 1.3 lakh sq.ft. constructed area that accommodates administration office, nine dental departments, four lecture theatres (120 seats per theatre), one smart class which is equipped with pen touch interactive screen and projector with high speed internet connection, state of art auditorium with ultra-modern facilities which can accommodate more than 300 people, one dedicated hall for conducting hands on workshops.  All the nine departments are equipped with separate under-graduate and postgraduate sections, seminar rooms and equipped with more than 360 dental chairs with all required attachments. The college has a fully equipped operation theater, post-operative care area, dedicated Implantology section and state of art Oral Radiology department with full FOV CBCT facility. Pacific Dental College is the first private Dental College in Rajasthan to have this facility. The college boasts immense scope and opportunity for dental students to get trained and master the clinical skills with more than 500 patients OPD per day. One library is spread over 8600 sq. ft. & it has a collection of over 5000 books & 6000 bound journals. It subscribes to more than 250 online journals and over 80 print journals. There is a high tech computer lab with over 25 computers dedicated for online surfing and assessment/examinations. There is a separate block within the campus spread on 25000 sq. ft. for basic sciences teaching and learning. The campus hosts separate hostels for both boys and girls with all modern amenities, Play grounds, cafeteria and facilities for recreational activities.



A candidate for admission to the MDS course (Master of Dental Surgery) must have a recognized degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) awarded by an Indian University in respect of recognized dental college, under section 10(2) of the Dentists Act, 1948 or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and should have obtained permanent registration with the State Dental Council. Candidates not possessing a recognized dental qualification for the above purpose should secure the prior approval of his qualifications by the Dental Council of India (DCI) before he can be admitted to the MDS course of any University in India.



The Course shall be of three years duration.



Students for postgraduate dental courses (MDS) shall be selected on the basis of their academic merits and competitive entrance test(NEET). Each department has its own faculty, supporting staff and technical instructors working under the Head of Department.



For BDS Admission no candidate shall be allowed to the dental curriculum of first year Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course unless they fulfill the following criterias:


She/he shall be a minimum age of 17 years on, or before 31st December, of the year of admission to the BDS course.

She/he must have passed 10 + 2 Examination with minimum 50% marks in Physics-Chemistry-Biology (PCB) and passed in English subject.

Candidates must have satisfied NEET 2017 eligibility criteria and qualify NEET exam.

Duration of course:

The undergraduate dental training program leading to BDS degree shall be of  4+1 years with a minimum of 240 teaching days in each academic year. During this period  the student shall be required to be engaged in full-time academics. offered structure



The Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) programme prepares students for careers in the modern world of dental practice by combining clinical studies with basic and advanced dental sciences. Once students have mastered basic competencies in the University’s skills facilities, they rapidly move on to treating patients in both the Dental Hospital and local outreach clinics.
