our learning centre is a co- educational institution in the lap of natural environment, imparting education in agriculture, arts and science faculties in B.Sc. Ag.; B.Sc. (Maths), B.Sc. (Bio), B.A., B.Sc. (Botany), M.Sc. (Chemistry) and M.Sc.(Ag.) Agronomy and also Ph.D. in different disciplines. The institution has a glorious past, an enviable present and seemingly a bright future. Though it has a jaunt of 53 years only, it has emulated one of the oldest colleges and ranked itself 12th in the affiliation list of C.C.S. University, Meerut. It has grown over the years to be identified as the premier institute. It is located in north- east of Hapur (21 Km.) from New Delhi (78 Km.) and south of Brijghat- Tirth place of river Ganga (8 Km.).
It has well developed two campuses. The old one having Science Block is situated opposite of Simbhaoli railway station (Delhi- Moradabad section of N.R.) and new one is on N.H. 24 for Agriculture and Art faculties near Simbhaoli sub- hydel power station. It is well connected by railway and bus routes. The Education society Simbhaoli in collaboration with Simbhaoli Sugar Mills, Simbhaoli and sincere efforts of the region not only laid the foundation stone of the college an unique combination of the industrial and educational revolution but also helped inn socioeconomic development. Beginning as Junior High School, it became High School in 1950, an Intermediate College (1952) and Degree College (1956) affiliated to Agra University, Agra with Arts and Agriculture Faculties with untiring efforts and devotion of the great Philanthropist Kunwar Veerandra Singh Dhana who offered Rs. 1.25 lakh from his side. Later it was affiliated to Meerut University, Meerut (now C.C.S. University, Meerut) in B.Sc. (Maths) in 1969 and B.Sc. (Bio.) in 1971. M.Sc. (Botany), M.Sc. (Chemistry) and M.Sc. Ag. (Agronomy) were affiliated to C.C.S. University, Meerut in 2000 and 2001 respectively under a self- financed scheme.
Scientific deliberations always play a key role in transferring the practical knowledge and ideas to the society for the best benefit of society and nation. Although technology is developed by the scientists its application and commercial exploitation rest with the industry. It is expected that India will be among developed countries VISION- 2020. Thus it is pertinent to train the students vis-a-vis the global scenario.
